This page is keyed by project, not by wallet. ProjectRights exposes ownerOf(projectId)and there is no read in the other direction, so no connection can enumerate the projects an address owns — and every accrual view on the locker is keyed by project too. Name a chain and a project id, and every figure is read live from that chain's own contracts at their own block.
If you have not launched, that is the other thing this page is for. The studio runs entirely on your own device until you sign, and the sandbox opens a live canvas with nothing to commit to.
